A similar weekend for me - 7/1 shot Knavesmire Omen on Saturday with little else to cheer ( did you see the race by the way - it ran an extra 1/2 mile looking for good ground). £10 on 5 in the football got me £100 and pence. Everton, Rushden, norwich, Raith, St Johnstone. Where did you get Swansea bay from - a few people I know backed it as well but I looked at the race and could not see why.
Yeah I did see that race, a great bit of riding from Daryl Holland. As for Swansea Bay I saw him run in the muck @ Bangor early in the season so I knew he liked the ground and although he's been running in low grade races he looked a classy horse so I decided he was worth an eachway punt. I'm off to check the Sedgefield runners in a minute!!
