I understand completely where you are coming from. I never at any time said they were a success. KingThommy asked for five rangers signings that were better than five celtic signings in the last two years, and I answered.
I stand by the players I mentioned, and who I thought they were better than. It's all about opinions :thumb

    Celtic, Newcastle, Scotland
Carlos Cuellar, £2m Centre back v Joel Perrier-Doumbe, Bosman Right-back.
    Unfair Comparison.
Madjid Bougherra, £3m Centre back v Andy Hinkel, £2m Right-back.
    Unfair Comparison.
    Pedro Mendes v Massimo Donati.
    Fair Comparison
Kyle Lafferty, £3m Striker v Willo Flood, £100k winger. Has played in total about 90 mins for Celtic
    Unfair Comparison
Daniel Cousin, £2m Striker v Chris Killen, Bosman Striker.
    Apart from price, fair comparison.

So thats one maybe two, I'd say King Thommy's question still stands.

Celtic have a better record of getting bargains than Rangers, so just cause they spent less on those players doesn't make it unfair. I'd maybe take back Lafferty as he plays for his country, hence what he cost Rangers.
