I don't think I've played in a game where the reveals have had an influence on the game like that. I think that's why I pretty much disregarded them! It makes sense to include them in the game though.

If there is ever any flavour in my games, it is for a reason Personally I think it adds a bit more realism to the game, particularly with something like Diplomat/bodyguard protection. If you were to genuinely survive a lynching because a bodyguard saved you, I am sure someone would clock on that a bodyguard saved you as opposed to spending the next day convincing themselves he had a 1-off magical power.
