Rules Welcome to the All-Time Challenge Draft. In this draft game, managers will be building a squad of 16 players through rounds of drafting (snake draft format). Each round your picks will be determined on what category you choose. You can choose the categories in any order you want, but you must choose all of them. Your 1st pick has no categories. Choose any player you want. However, your following pick must satisfy one of the following 15 categories: CHOOSE A PLAYER WHO... Category 1 - was a club teammate of your last player for 2 or more seasons Category 2 - won a domestic league with your last player Category 3 - was an International teammate of your last player Category 4 - wore the same World cup squad number as your last player Category 5 - played in the same World Cup game as your last player Category 6 - has won 25 or more International caps than your last player Category 7 - has won 50 or more International caps than your last player Category 8 - has played in a Cup Final that featured your last player Category 9 - scored a goal in a game that featured your last player Category 10 - was booked or sent off in a game that featured your last player Category 11 - was substituted on or off for your last player Category 12 - was born in the same decade as your last player Category 13 - is the same height as your last player Category 14 - has played for 2 of the same clubs as your last player Category 15 - has played in 2 of the same countries as your last player When you make your pick you must confirm the category you are selecting. Once you have chosen your player and category you cannot change it*. Category Rules Spoiler Category 1- must have played at least 1 competitive game in each of those 2 seasons. Category 2- as per Wikipedia, Top-Flight titles only. Category 3 - must have played minutes together in a game. Category 4 - any World Cup, as per Wikipedia. Category 5 - must have played minutes in the game. Category 6 - as per Wikipedia. Category 7 - as per Wikipedia. Category 8 - must have played minutes in a club domestic/European or International Cup Final. E.g FA Cup Final, UEFA Cup Final, Copa América Final. Category 9 - must be a senior competitive club or International game. However, International friendlies are included. Category 10 - must be a senior competitive club or International game. Category 13 - as per Wikipedia. Height in feet and inches, half inches rounded up. Category 14 - must have played at least 1 competitive game for each of those 2 clubs. Category 15 - must have played at least 1 competitive game in each of those 2 countries. [The mod can amend any rules as he wishes during the game if he feels it is fair to do so.] *If you are stuck on a category and cannot pick a player, you lose your last pick, and will need to re-pick. You will need to make a catch-up pick after everyone has completed their team. The player you lose is then ineligible to be re-picked by anyone. You are allowed a maximum of 2 goalkeepers in your squad. Pick Deadline 8 hours. Please PM the manager who follows you in the draft order. Corrr this looks fun! Really need to think a few moves ahead here. Someone drafting your desired player is really going to mess it up for you. Given I have only played in 2 of those, what happens?
I think it would be appropriate to give us a bit of time after you announce the draft order to figure out are gameplan. Where we draft to start will really mold the rest of the draft imo
