    I wouldn't bet on it but I wouldn't discount United for 5th no matter what decision you make regarding the manager. You've played poorly on a week to week basis but you're still 6th.

    67-69 points usually guarantees 5th, and you are on 27 with more than half a season left. You don't even need to improve that much (results wise) to be on course for that points total. You are currently on course for 64.
