Im a big fan of this player think he's great to watch. what do you think of him and how much do you think the club would sell him for if they did?
I'm not a Burnley fan, but i'm a big fan of this and i am hoping that Coyle's returns to his old club to sign him. Rumours have already started.
this wouldnt suprise me he has just taken the club shop assistants and 14 stewards,it is now rumoured that bolton are putting a compensation package together for Linda and sandra the ticket office handlers. if he does come in for any of our players he is just twisting the knife as he knows more than anyone that we would be ****ed with out the likes of eagles and mears.
Mears is better than Ricketts by a very long way, dont think Hunt is all that either. Had a first good season or so but after that nowt specail. If Bolton and Coyle think they'll be picking up any of the Burnley players on the cheap they'll have another think coming. Wouldnt surprise me to see him take 2 or 3 players though.
I always rated Hunt, i thought he was very unlucky to get dropped from the Bolton team when he did. I believe he was dropped because he was a Big Sam boy and Megson didn't like them.
He's out on loan now isnt he? Be interesting to see if Coyle brings him back. If he does come in for Mears and Eagles they will both want out imo.
Yes gone on a months loan to Derby, he played in there 4-1 defeat to Scunthorpe. He was loaned out before Coyle came in.
I wouldn't see us selling Eagles at all in this window, possibly in the summer but I think we would want at least £6million for him. Man Utd have first refusal to buy him back too, no chance he'll goto Bolton.
Man Utd wont be buying him back either. Wont be going to Bolton, no maybe not in this transfer window but after theseason ends. If we go down and Bolton come in with the wedge our board will flog him.
