Just noticed Claretsmad reporting we are interested in these two.

Cousin: - scored a few last season, although don't think he is the Hull fan's favourite player.

Mckee: - Young 16 year old forward from Livingston obviously a great chance to develop under Coyle. Apparently a done deal.

Any thoughts on the Cousin rumour in particular?

    Inbreeding is rife in Livingston.

Can't say the Cousin one particularly thrills me to be honest. Obviously nobody will know much about the young guy, but I have every faith that Coyle is the perfect person for a striker to work under from a young age.

As reported on Vital Burnley McKee is a 16 year old striker who we have apparantly signed. The news was up on the Livingston site on Friday but there has been no announcement by Burnley FC yet. I suspect that's because there are no intentions to draw attention to the signing of young kids below 18 in order to avoid media attention. I cant see him being a candidate for the first team just yet

A rumour in the People on Sunday last week suggested we had signed Alan Williams, younger brother of Rhys, who we signed on loan from Boro last season. It turns out his actual name is Alwyn, he is just 16 also, currently out in Australia and wont be joining until next season when he will sign as a first year apprentice. Again no announcement by Burnley FC

Cousin is a season-long loan target if the rumours are true. He fell out with Hull and chucked a wobbly refusing to shake hands with Phil Brown recently after being subbed early in a game. We cant afford his wages and the Clarets would be looking to Hull to partially fund any potential loan deal by contributing to his salary. Dont think this one will happen

i feel we would be doing ourselves a favour by giving him to you, when he wants to he can be brilliant (see arsenal away) but most of the time he is a big lazy twat he wont do much for you

His laziness is his problem however he doesnt start at a new club like that. As such a move might be good for him, get 3 or 4 decent months out of him then give us him back to try n get rid of again.

Cousin is like a wall when he has the ball. He hardly ever gets knocked off it and can leap like a salmon.

He had a persistent back injury in the second half of last season which meant he couldn't run as much as he did.

Good signing if you get in, though I wish he would keep him...
