Referring back to this, I don't feel that there's any need to country-claim given scum haven't been given false-claims and could get caught out
Only quizzed @Lugna rambler further to see if he might trip himself up on a previous post.

Happy enough that Canada backs up Lugna's previous comment on matching the role. Still think it was an unnecessary early claim but as SH said, easy enough to prove.

Anyone else get a soft town lean on this? Feel like if I was scum and believed this was the case in a game I would definitely not say anything in the hopes that town embarrassed themselves.

I'm coming at this from hindsight but I'm not actually sure I like the pressure that was on Lugna:

Addressing this to those who voted Lugna - @Guyett @StillHurts31 @Papa Francesco
If Lugna is scum, is he really going to announce to us, completely to the contrary of what 2/3 people had by this point already said in the thread, that his country and role match perfectly? Or would he sit back, not commit to whether his role matched his country, and then fake claim whatever seemed most convenient later in the game?

RD agrees with Jason's point, clearly acknowledging that Frosty has also been inactive. What more does RD need to say? Couldn't you say the same thing for Jason when he voted for Frosty instead of Bleeds? I'm not sure this makes any sense, so I'm inclined to town read Andy here

It's intriguing you say this now he's role-claimed, yet you were online after Lugna posted the below, and didn't urge him to not RC?

I didn't view his post on role/country as alignment indicative one way or the other Son, it was his defensiveness that piqued my interest.

I said I was content to give Lugna a littlte leeway, Sme backed up that point in the next post so felt some of the pressure had subsided. I didn't think there was much of a risk of him role-claimiing at L-5 so didn't feel it needed saying at that point to be fair.

It's one thing role-claiming this early in the game but doing so under fairly little pressure was unexpected.

Did you view this as me asking to you claim?

You are very very mistaken if you think it was

I broadly like the rest of your post but quite how you’ve said all this to conclude it with ‘so I’m inclined to town read Andy’ is a bit baffling to me?

    VOTE HASHTAG

That’s the post I dislike the most so far.

Trying to put pressure on RD there seems incredibly strange

We all know that Scum Andy's posts tend to be more pro-Town than Town Andy's.

(i'm not being serious, my vote would be on him but i've not heard from Papa regarding my point on the pressure on Lugna.)

    Vote no lynch

Genuinely, reading back at everything I don't think there's enough there to make me scum read anyone. The three early claims are town leans, and I have no arguments with those who put pressure on Lugna, it was self inflicted. Guyett especially for me is a town lean, he's aggressive like that when town.

So yeah, **** all to really get into so I suggest we no lynch and let night actions maybe help us further.

I did find this a little odd however. Goes down Jason's route of voting for an inactive player. Why not put further pressure on 1 of them instead of splitting the votes?

It's mod confirmed that there is no inherent link between the two, the fact his is aligned is pure chance from what David has told us. Him announcing it is null from me, he play was all over the place.

This is a fair point to be honest

I’m still more content with my vote on Andy
