Do we even need Andy Carroll with Sakho, Valencia and Zarate?

Sakho has been an absolute revelation since joining from Metz, very impressed with him. Valencia hasn't had quite the same impact but I still think there's plenty more to come from him. Zarate is another who I think looks fairly decent.

With these three all playing pretty well (with Sakho being excellent) where does this leave Carlton Cole, Vaz Te and Carroll? Do you think we should try and flog them in January? Would we even get decent money for any of them. :/

Despite the obvious joy at Liverpool wasting the majority of the fee we paid for Torres on Carroll - overall I just think Carroll is going to amount to very much on the field. And talk about injury prone, you'd swear he was at Arsenal. :D

West Ham have been without Carroll more than they've been with him on the field, so if you haven't filled his position by now you've got some real trouble. I expect that if he hits a run of being fit then you'd be better off getting rid.

We shuold sell cfc and vaz te but definately not carroll.

Not sold on Zarate yet and we do still play with a target man, Sakho seems to play on the right of Enner. He's scored 5 in 5 so far, but that doesn't mean he will continue his form. Also the fact that everyone moaned that we had no plan B last year is another reaosn to keep the big man. He gives us a different option whether from the bench or starting, and what happens if we have a couple of injuries. He was immense for us the seaon before last (the only time he has been fully fit in the last 2 years) and if we have delusions of granduer ansd want to try to push for the europa then we need 4 decent strikers. I'm excited about any of out 3 new strikers playing off the big man.
elling the big man would be a massive mistake and who is giong to buy him. Fck it we have the guy for another 5 years, just because he's has some injuries doesn't mean it will always be like that. And who is going to pay what we did with his record since we signed him
