This should be in seasons. As well as hall of fame. Maybe 3 month blocks to keep things fresh and clean so as to not discourage people from realizing we will never catch ollie, but maintain the all time points by themselves to keep Ollie in the light of one of the best drafters.
What people could do is add up how many drafts they've done & we could work out another ratio to go alongside total points like; points per draft. Would be better for newer drafters. So for me it's roughly 2.43 points per draft... 8th, 7th, 3rd, 4th, 2nd, 2nd, 1st, 1st, 4th, 3rd, 2nd, 2nd, 3rd, 2nd; 14 drafts. That's not counting 2nd in the LFC draft. Also my average placing is 3rd. We could add that as well.

What's the points policy for teams that have two managers? Do they both get full marks or are the points split ?

Yes, full points - but I'd not be too focused on the All-Time table, cos we've played more of the drafts (think I've only missed one), thus more likely to have accumulated more points. The only draft that matters is the current and next draft

This table isn't real. I've teamed up so many times and always with either Ollie or Bob, so whatever points I get they get as well.
