1985 cup final - Man U down to 10 men against eventual double winners (?????) Everton. Then Norman Whiteside hits a 20 yarder past Southall to win it. That goal still sends a shiver down my spine.

League and European Cup Winners Cup. Not the "true double".

What about '87. Tottenham (record number of FA cup wins) Coventry (never been to Wembley before in their history). Coventry trounce home - wonderful match. '88 Wimbledon 1 Liverpool 0 - Lawrie Sanchez with the all important goal.

I wasn't alive for it, but Roger Osbourne goal clinching the cup for Town in 1978.

Worst? Wrexham 2-1 Town - January 1995 - No comment

"And Smith must score........" Anyone else remember the 1983 final when Bailey saved that cert header against Brighton? Man U romped the replay 4-0 after inspirational captain Steve Foster returned to the Brighton line up after being suspended for the first game.

1977, what a joy as United stop the scouse scum taking the treble.
