Nominate as many Left Wingers as you see fit to be the greatest of all time.

Top 8 most nominated players will battle it out for the spot.

This is the one postion left with a bit of intrigue for me as central you can't look past the fat cokehead and up front is one of 2 for me.

Cristiano Ronaldo - the greatest left wing-forward of all time.

Ronaldinho - the best left sided #10/playmaker I have had the pleasure to watch. A modern artist who helped revive Joga bonito!

George Best - dribbling forward who could play on either wing. Exceptional ball control and balance.

Dragan Džajić - sensational dribbler and crosser, the greatest Yugoslav footballer and the best left winger from his era (late 60's, early 70's).

Paco Gento - no, not Andy's brother. While not possessing the ball control of Best or the ball delivery of Džajić, Gento possessed blistering pace on the left wing for that great Madrid side. His club achievements cements his place in the top 5.

Hristo Stoichkov - a playmaking, goalscoring beast. A pure attacking tank coming from inside from the left flank, his pace, dribbling, passing and shooting made him a complete package.

Pavel Nedvěd - great appreciation for this Czech player. A complete attacking mid you're unlikely to ever better from the modern era. A 'box-to-box' winger who could run all day and became the main match-winner when Zidane left Juve.

    --------

I presume Pele/Maradona/Zico/Platini will be getting the central #10 shirt so I will also include:

Johan Cruyff - the fourth greatest footballer of all time, (Europe's greatest). A football genius whose phenomenal technique, movement with the ball and career performances make him a necessity.

In the season 2002-2003, when he reached his highest peak, he played as center-attacking midfielder behind the striker or the couple of strikers. Thanks for that performances he won the ballon d'or.
