Massive week Saturday Leicester v wba Cardiff v Southampton Huddlesfield v Swansea Norwich v Bristol Rotherham v birmingham Stoke v Plymouth Sunderland v milwall Watford v hull Qpr v Preston Sunday Sheff wed v Blackburn Monday Middlesbrough v Leeds Tuesday Leicester v Southampton Wednesday Coventry v Hull Massive game for us. 2 teams with something to play for and both are certainly capable of scoring. Think I'll take a point. Definitely need Hull to drop points at Watford Saturday. Asante suspended so guessing we will see Wallace up front which is not good as can't hold the ball up
Unless teams below us thrash who they are playing, we won't kick off our game (17.15 ko) in the relegation zoe, but we could only be out of it on GD. Results go our way and pressure lifts on us slightly (3 clear with 2 to go, with a positive gd means all teams would need 4 points from 6). But results like us losing by 3 vs Hull didn't help confidence or GD. Playing Preston, is probably a good thing. They have nothing left to play for so hopefully they just coast through the game. Or pressure will be off and they'll thrash us. Another sell out in the home end for us; we have had great support this year but our home form is pretty terrible.
2 of the top 3 in the massively relevant 5 game form table going head to head. I'm sure the neutrals will be tuning in for this one. Hopefully we can get the playoffs sealed in the next two home games. Not sure I'd fancy us away at Brum on the last day with them fighting for their lives.
Our game against Cardiff is what i'd call a season defining game. Win it and we're definitely in the mix for top two, anything else and we're play offs. On paper you'd have to fancy us against a Cardiff side that don't have anything to play for and seem to have dropped off in form, but as Ipswich found out it's not an easy place to go
Huge game for us, anything less than a Win and it’s Relegation. Can we pull of another “miracle” or will last Years hardwork be wasted and just great memories.
Was pleasantly surprised to see us top of that list - though I suppose it's that time of year where results go a bit mad so stringing a few wins together will get you up there. Fear you'll be too good and too up for it for us though. Form table doesn't really reflect two not great performances against Sunderland or Huddersfield. You'll win 2 or 3-1 I reckon
Yep….shit or bust for us. We’re taking 7k there for a match that’s on sky…..this bloody team of ours doesn’t deserve the support it gets.
With the game being on Sunday be interesting to see the results Sat and what bearing they have. We're not safe yet, we lose and that 5 pt gap is down to 2 but a draw wouldn't be bad now after beating Leeds. Close to 7.5k isn't it now? Fantastic support.
A draw is no good to us. yes, 7400 I believe. We could have easily sold over 10k for this and crazy as it sounds probably twice our allocation. Not bad for a team who haven’t been out of the Relegation zone all season, for a live Sky Match with kick off 12.30 on Sunday. (None of which will help, if we don’t win.)
We have to win on Saturday - it is that simple as that “should” see us safe. We are away at Southampton next week so forget that. Really don’t want to be going into the final day needing a win.
Looks like Cardiff have a few players out injured tomorrow. 1-0 home win. 80% possession for us though.
Apparently we have 12 out injured. And now we’re safe there’s been some talk by Bulut of giving some of the youngsters a chance anyway. Hope we do but could get messy, particularly as Martin seems to cast a spell over us.
FFS West Brom had some glorious chances, could have been 2 or 3 up. Then Leicester score with their first real chance
