Font, Edit tags not working

For some reason my tool above does not seem to be working properly, I can't edit anything else, I have tried clearing my cache etc.

I can seem to edit in here but nowhere else plus my font size when I post comes out 1 size only, looks like a 4.

Managed to edit this but some of the menu bars above are not working (T!/A etc)

 

I have managed to fix the problem at this end by going into my Google settings and rebooting.
