I think I have posted way too many youtube videos in a forum where unless they are relevant should not be posted in a particular thread. imo they disrupt the conversation

So the first video here will be a video detailing Manchester City's history+ failure to win the Champions League

2 possible explanations for the title:
1. The title is kind of clickbait but that's usual for youtubers to attract more people too watch the videos
2. They mean failure as in failure to win the Champions League despite the huge amounts of investment that Man City has received.
