Thinking of getting one in a few months. Looking to get one a few years old, like an 04, 05 maybe. Anyone got one? If so what do you think to then? Is Auto Trader the best place to look for cars??
Hope you dont mind me saying, But i have been looking for a car for my brother he was looking to buy a fiesta zetec s too, But have a look into buying a ford focus, Insurance is just as cheap and overall the focus is a better car in general if you dont mind the looks of one. From confused.com i think it was, Fully comp insurance on a focus 1.6 zetec which is only a group 5 or 6 was £1000 and he has no driving experiance (first time driver), The fiesta 1.6 s zetec was £1100 to insure. He was also quoted for the 1.8 zetec focus which was £1050 fully comp and the 2.0 zetec focus at £1100 fully comp. Seems a little crazy but true, Look into mate, The focus in my opinion is a good little car with excellent reviews, If you look hard enough you can find them as cheap as £1800.
My company car is a 1.5 diesel 07 plate Fiesta Zetec - its a cracking little car and nice to drive, comfortable and pretty spacious. Like whl boy said though, look into getting a Focus. I prefer the Focus also.
Sadly I wont be able to afford the 07 Fiesta Zetec, like I said a 05 will proboably be the one I get. Ive heard alot of good reviews about them, I think they look very nice. Is yours a diesel or petrol? What miles do you get to the gallon (if you have ever taken notice!)
Mines a diesel mate. Never taken any notice of the miles to the gallon as I don't pay for my diesel, so just fill up when its low I will nip out in a minute and have a look as I am sure it will tell me on the display.
Err...ok We hate 3 doors here... So you don't like MX5s or RX8s? That may be more to do with the phone I used to take pic with, the colour is fooking gorgeaus and the lights look ugly on that pic...
Not to buy. My bessie has one (female) and it is quite a decent drive. Maybe if you're young insurance wise it's pricey but otherwise no dearer than a....Corsa?
