It's been crap in recent years - No doubt. It's been ****ing brilliant this year though. Yesterday's race was huge. The end was so exciting! Raikkonen ****ed over!! 10 points thrown away - surely he can't catch Alonso now!
Fcukin hell! Can't believe it! Kimi should've won that one... Good stuff this year though. Are Fernando and Xabi related by any chance?
yeah, last year was dominated by the same team....very boring stupid ron dennis....should have brought him in wasted 8 or 6 points. they need as many points as possible to catch up to alonso...if they use their brains and give the kimster a car that can actually finish they can get the WC this year
Only downside is Button hasn't had much luck or decent results. Its been entertaining though throughout.
Yeah great improvement on recent seasons at least theres a few up for the title. MotoGP was feckin superb too.
Saw the start and the two Renaults take it over....then newsflash the French hostage released in Iraq arrived back on home soil...there went the rest of the live coverage.... Alonso hit a wall I believe, pushing it a bit to far?...still that opens things up a bit now....
Alonso and JPM would've been right there at the end but for a couple of brain cramps, and Button probably would've made the podium as well except for his own attack of the stupids... And you Ferrari fans can take a pill, okay? Two on the rostrum is all well and good, but they got there on the mistakes of others and Raikkonen would've left Schumi for dead but for a steering problem near the end... PS...That MotoGP race was a cracker--d'you think Rossi enjoys driving Gibernau nuts like that?? The f*ck he doesn't...
JPM would not have been anywhere, because he would have had to let the entire field through after his pitstop, meaning he'd have no chance. And this was all because McLaren brought Kimi in first... they would have known how it would have worked out - rather clever strategy to get kimi in front I'd say, I bet JPM was fuming. And another thing, you always hear the guy on the radio saying, 'dont forget your speed limiter..' and other various obvious stuff. WHY THE F*CK did he not say, 'Wait for the pitlane to open...' Saying that though he should have seen the red light. But I still say it was some clever team orders to be bring Kimi in first. And to be fair, if he'd come in 2nd he would have been in JPM's situation (having to let the whole field through), so you can kind of understand it.
The BBC are reporting that Michelin may advise all their tyre users not to race in tomorrow's Grand Prix, as they cannot guarantee the tyres are safe after Ralph Schumachers blow out . . .
The race will be cancelled then....we cannot have Mr M.Schumacher getting back to winning ways. Well I don't think Jordan (the car guys!)and Minardi would cause many problems. :
They qualified ok so i think it will go ahead. Also I used not like M. Schumacer but I think he has handled losing very well and shown another side of his character.
Again according to the BBC, only 6 cars run on Goodyear tyres, F1 rules say a minimum of 12 cars are required to start a race . . . BBC Story.
best season in ages for me, dont really care who wins the championship however i think its the only chance for either of them for a few years at least, because Ferrari will throw their vast research budget into next years car and come back with something to make F1 tediously boring once again.
Michelin advised their teams to run higher pressures after Friday--this seems to have solved the problem. Would be lovely to get through one GP weekend without politics and bullshit... Wish it was at a real GP circuit, like Watkins Glen, Road America or Road Atlanta;then we'd see the real racers step forward...
9 of the teams have agreed to introduce a chicane at the final corner but guess who have rejected the idea....Ferrari!
