On Tuesday I'm off to Bristol, I'll be driving there and back. I think it will be the longest round trip I've ever done. The furtherst in the past was either Northampton or Cheltenham last season. Road trips are great when your not the one thats driving

Glasgow is 4 hours from Oldham, god knows how long it is from Northampton, probably the reason why Rangers and Celtic don't play in the English leagues

Furthest for me is Newcastle on my own, never really needed to go far. My Dad used to work in Plymouth and drove from Donny to Plymouth every Sunday night then back to Donny on a Friday ever week. Wouldn't have fancied that.

4hr? what are you driving or have the roads become very bad since I left. I used to do Glasgow to Stockport in 93. Used to take me just over 3hrs. best time was just under 3hrs.
