Has any of you got one of them Go Pro poles?

I was thinking about purchasing one to help/have access too get better angles for landscape photography. Are these Go Pro poles only used for videoing? Or can they be used for regular camera usage too?

One day I might get the camera...maybe :p

You mean a selfie stick? the blue tooth ones are the best as you don't have to set the timer on the phone or camera. The cheapest would be through amazon or ali baba. the Bluetooth devices are only about £2 and the stick is about the £7 mark.

It's a selfie stick, but more advanced I guess....the GoPro poles are about £20 onwards.

I'm guessing the GoPro ones have more of an extension and possibly allow you take pictures without the need of timers.

I've seen a lot of people using GoPros on selfies in Chiang Mai . As I say the advantage of having BT is huge. I did actually buy one with the idea of selling them on ebay but the mark up from buying them in China was too small.
