Thanks for running @Sandsy I hate being Mafia at the best of times but that was especially frustrating, credit to town for getting their investigations / protections right.
Cheers @Sandsy - really enjoyed that. Glad it f**ked the with the experienced players heads too as that was a mess at times. Feel for those that were town Think I was sceptical of Guyett throughout but that Kab death swung me the other way. Unfortunately that was the only day phase I really missed or TLC might have gone a day earlier. Well played @TLC - think Andy's mailman role was the only thing that stopped you winning that.
I think my case on Guyett came more from a spot of I didn't want him to beat me as scum with his great game than I actually believe he was scum, but damn I feel like I made a very compelling case lol it wasn't until the very end of my last day that he put TLC on my radar with a post he made. Guyett played amazing.
With the info in play I was probably the correct lynch, just annoyed that T got away with that scum slip.
Sorry to @Garrincha I had to go off what was in the chat and with Sheen saying what he said about the cop role card. I couldn't see the wood for the trees and was just convinced you were scum. Sorry.
As a side note, in the last two games I’ve stepped in as a replacement for a scum player and dropped out as a scum player. “X wouldn’t have dropped out if they had a good role” needs to stop being accepted as an excuse early on
This, I would have loved to have played my role last game but I simply didn't have the time and would rather sub out than do an @Adz
I was staggered that I did as you'll see in the mafia chat - it was literally after I had been in here talking to myself about what I would do if I made it through the day and it was a complete scum slip That really was the basis of my play - that you'd have stayed if it was a better role Thank you - as you will see in the mafia 'castaway version' thread - it's not an act I really am that ditzy
You did well with whatever you did. Well played, and it almost paid off. If it wasn't for the evidence stacking up against you on the final day, you may have pulled it off. Once Guyett was offed, it was inevitable that you'd be next, but to get it to that point, it was well played. You deserve credit for that.
One thing I would do is claim Weak mailman and in your message to the person say who you will be visiting the next night?
