Yeah the time between hitting post reply and seeing it come through is proper dragging it's @rse ,I'd be quicker employing a carrier pigeon.
Been a bit slow for me too today on my laptop @TAFKAP. Maybe the server needs a squirt of faffle compound in its sprangler flunge?
How very dare you imply the server has a sprangler flunge, let alone be in need of faffle compound! However, I'll take a look. Most slowdowns in recent history have been because the umbrella service we use to protect us from DDoS and hack attempts has had to divert some resources to prevent attacks elsewhere... The server has generally been in good nick. I'll have a look-see though.
Not sure how it happens, but sometimes, when I'm constructing my very valuable posts on my phone, a pesky, blue arrow bar comes on in the side. I click this thing far too often, and it just wipes out everything I've typed. Now, one may say this is a useful deterrent, but I'd venture a guess that I'm not the only one to have been annoyed by this.
I've got big hands and fingers and it happens to me everytime...its why I misspell stuff all the time and sometimes can't be arsed editing. Just 2 big fingers cover 90% of my phone.
