GVB: The Return

Got to give big credit to the board for acting quickly and getting the man that every Rangers fan wanted. It was really the only appointment which could have turned the disappointment and perhaps betrayal a lot of the fans felt r.e. Gerrard into just excitement and happiness. That's the feeling now.

Putting aside the fact that he's a former Rangers player, who knows all about success in this country, which does add to it....he comes with good managerial pedigree and seemingly the ideal frame of mind for a Rangers manager.

Whilst it could be argued that it could take time which we don't have, I feel it could benefit us in that we haven't played brilliantly for the majority of the season so far and so a fresh shake-up could be what's needed for us to get back to our best. I suppose it's about how quickly that happens, because given the time in the season, we need the manager's reign to hit the ground running. One thing for sure is that he has everyone behind him. Welcome back to the Champions Gio!

 

The scar is still there from all the pain he and his teammates caused you, love to see it.

Last won a league title last season though, more importantly, unlike the transfer fee champions
