Hello people. Carlos I am present , I have 28 years . I live in Argentina and I am a fan of Talleres de Cordoba . Club that is currently in the first division, is the most popular of the city of Cordoba . And it is one of the seven team with the most fans in Argentina . Workshops fans are very loyal to the team as we descended to third category but just keep filling the stadium with 60,000 people. I leave some photos of that is this large crowd of fans I'm a big fan of football in general. But I love English football and especially at Millwall . I have a team of amateur football in homage melting . It called Leon FC. I want to get the t-shirt Millwall but it is impossible to get in my city, someone could help me . Thank you. I hope to be welcome in this forum. LEON FC
Bienvenidos al football forums Leon cba Make sure you check out the General Football Chat part of the forums, i would be interested in following some non-European football in the future, especially Argentine and Brazilian football. Please stick around on the forums, we don't have too many foreign fans on here nowadays and it is always good to hear the opinions of fans from other countries about football
Welcome, the passion of Argentine fans is special, I would love to go and see Boca Juniors one day. La Bombonera is a sight to behold on the television, being there would be something else, preferably against River Plate with my Boca shirt on, going loco with the Boca fans, hopefully they would forgive the fact I am British and not kick my head in as I would be supporting their team. Peace, too much British and Argentine blood was spilt over the Falklands Islands. Lets hope no more is split in the future. But there still ours.
My suggestions for the Millwall top (home shirt?) would be the Millwall club shop, but this season they are wearing a blue and white stripped kit, they are £45 which is 877 pesos. If you want the blue home kit from last season then classicfootballkits.co.uk have last seasons home kit for for £15 which is 277 pesos. not sure if they post to Argentina, but cannot see why not.
Thank you very much to all for the welcome. I promise to try to be a useful user in this beautiful community Really? If the stands are away from the field. The stadium is called Mario Kempes and the Municipal City Stadium , it has a capacity of approximately 60 thousand people. The stadium is called the boutique shops and accommodates 18,000 spectators , is way too little for the call that the team has an average of 30 thousand people. Stadium: Mario Alberto Kempes Stadium: La Boutique de Barrio Jardin The Argentine fan is incredible , songs and party all game. Win or lose !! A hug from goal , and peace brother . PS: Instead of Boca , come to see Talleres you will not regret seeing this party! Thanks idol ! I'll keep that in mind. I hope I can get that shirt
I guess the majority of people you know are friendly people however some Argentine people don't like the British
I think the world is full of crazy people . Now I ask you , as you would treat an Argentine in England. because I like to travel to London!
Welcome from Germany to Argentina. Don't worry, mate. Osvaldo Ardiles has shown the UK and especially London that Argentinians are good people and even better footballers . I am from Germany and visit the UK now for 35 years regularly, mostly for visiting friends and football matches. And the relationship between Germany and England wasn't the best in the past, to say the least. I bet you know the history. But this is all in the past and I've never felt any hostilities. On the contrary I met some wonderful people throughout the UK.. Of course you will find some morons, too, but you will find them also in any other country
You would be fine in London, maybe in certain areas saying you support Millwall would not be the best idea You will find that the food will be to your liking, many steakhouses and pizzerias, of course you cannot come to England without trying a traditional breakfast with black pudding(cooked dried pigs blood and suet) Sunday Roast, beef of course, and a nice spicy lamb curry, there are plenty of South American restaurants as well, and many others from nations all over the world. Loads to see and do in London, you could spend days in the natural history museum its that good! shows, concerts, comedy, nightclubs and pubs, all the famous landmarks and parks, then travel to Manchester, another fine city in The UK, and spend a day at the National Football museum The National Football Museum And if you come in the summer, if the weather is good, go to Brighton as that is an excellent beach resort and not far from London, there you can laugh and marvel at British Folk who do not get to see the sun that much, getting sunburned and flat out drunk by 5 pm Like Dirk says, you will find dick heads wherever you go in the world, we have a few that is for sure, but best advice is ignore and walk away making sure of no eye contact. but you will enjoy a visit to the UK, of course there are hundreds of nice places to visit not just London and Manchester, from Lands End to John O'Groats, we have an underrated country, its just the weather that lets it down. P.S I hope your not a vegetarian after all that meat I talked about
No different to our country then? I live on the south coast where we are hardly freindly to many of the Spanish/French/European visitors.the French Dislike us more than anyone yet no one has an issue going there
Welcome to FF. Pal. London is very cosmopolitan, lots of Argentinians/South Americans live there, you'll love it I'm sure. 1 tip; don't go to east London wearing a milwall shirt or you really could be in trouble!
