Saw you were the last to post and I thought is he off on holiday again? "As bad as Ross" etc etc. I apologise As for Oktoberfest - didn't happen . I seem to always say "next year" and it never happens. I've had bugger all money since coming back from Ibiza.
Only 3 weeks to go now, BUT, there are floods in Bangkok and alot of people are cancelling their trips to Bangkok and re-routing to other places in Thailand. I was going to take the overnight train from Bangkok to Chiang Mai after spending two days in Bangkok, but thats a no go now as the tracks are under water so have had to book a flight up north. I really don't know if I will be able to stay in Bangkok for 2 nights if things don't improve I shouldn't moan, tho, people have lost their lives and homes so I should remember that.
Gutted! When I went to Cambodia one of the cities was badly flooded but not to that extent.. horrible luck! Hope it doesn't put too much of a downer on your trip - still lots of ace stuff planned.
Just arrived home from a few days in munich. An amazing City. Not my first time there and it most certainly won't be my last.
Just booked myself a mini tour of Germany and Belgium visiting Berlin, Frankfurt, Cologne and Brugges leave on 09/12.
I used to in the mid-80's, then I moved to lower Bavaria. In the mid-90's I moved up north, I live near Hannover now.
Going to Tallinn on 1st December for four days, including a trip to Helsinki on the Saturday which only takes two hours each way.
