Go on official websites. You can get them for most games. Barca & RM offer VIP packages for the big games.
Some mates from Post Office used to go for a 4 day break & watch Barca most seasons ( not anymore ) & you got the accommodation , flight & match day ticket price all in one but wasn't available for the bigger matches Real , Atletico etc... like @Philip The Frog said , available from site .
