I was The Ringleader/Ringleader but all the “you’re gay so ringbleeder” jokes took their toll and here we are. I think Potter is brilliant, but has his flaws. He’ll go on to manage a top, top club but he needs a step between us and that level. Unfortunately we’ve been on a mission to break even the last few seasons, if he’d been backed properly we’d be challenging for Europe IMO. Do you think Dyche will keep you up?
I see Brighton fans giving him stick a month or 2 back he even commented on it. NOT sure what Brighton fans expect exactly.. Probably a good job you picked a decent amount of points up early doors.. As for dyche. Hopefully.. One of our main problems is midfield we don't hardly score from there. Think we've got around 4 goals all season which isn't good. Meaning more pressure on the strikers. We've a chance but it's at that stage where we deffo need to win 1 in every 2. Or go on a winning run. Our record against teams around is isn't good either. Last time we went down we won seven games. Now we have 3 Big ask.. I'd like to see us get on the front foot more against other turd sides Everton & Norwich b2b massive for us
A few of our fans booed but I do feel it was pretty exaggerated by the press. Although I do think the frustration was aimed more at the team than Potter. Only so long your strikers can miss sitter after sitter before people get annoyed! That sounds quite similar to us weirdly! Maupay gets a lot of stick but he’s got 8 goals this season so far. Not great, but not awful. The problem comes when our only other striker is an injury prone Welbeck and our midfield (and defence) are so goal shy. I reckon you need 6 points from those two games (cheers Sherlock). A lot of dross this year so at least you have Leeds, Everton and Brentford to aim for still!
I think Leeds be okay to be honest Everton are really poor I said they'd struggle before the season kicked off don't rate rafa at all still living off his past glories. Then you've got Lampard who sees himself as some master tactical genius
