Premier League stalling the takeover for another week. Absolutely bonkers, Ashley wants and needs to sell (due to his other businesses going Covidtitsup) and we have a willing buyer in the PIF but the Prem seem petrified of the consequences and unable to approve it.... Imagine if took 4 months for a London club or a North West club to get taking over and it was still being stalled going into the transfer window. This takeover could be difference between relegation and top 6 next season, surely it should be a priority for the Prem to approve before transfers open?
