What a circus. It's actually a good thing that Juve don't get any European football at all as they're so rubbish to watch under Allegri.

Fiorentina v Inter in the Coppa Italia final tonight .

Will both teams go strong or rest players with their European finals coming up ?

CL is a fortnight away for Inter. I hope Inzaghi will pick his starting 11. Looking forward to that one.

Not a bad way to get your first professional goal.

Unfortunately his side are 3-1 down to Verona.

Be a painful one for Spezia as they only missed out on staying up last week due to a late Roma penalty.

    Berlusconi has died.

His tenure as owner of AC Milan was the most successful period in the club's history, so will no doubt go down as a club legend.

RIP Silvio. He did a lot for Italian football and football in general. Great character.

See Ranieri got promoted back to Serie A with his current side.

    Keeps on going strong.

Gutted for Buffon as Parma didn't get back to Serie A.

Too bad. Gigi still playing? I like this guy, a true sportsman and gentleman and of course a great goalkeeper back then

Parma is here in Germany more known for the famous Parmaschinken (Parma ham) and Parmesan cheese than football, though ;)

The game finished 22-0. :laugh::laugh:

I thought Udinese looked worse than the 0-3 scoreline in their opener. Still, at least it was a Juventus clobbering them, and not an Empoli.

Still no Deolefeu (injury), Udogie loan from Spurs is over, Roberto Pereyra doesn’t re-sign. Still have Beto, Walace, and Samardžić but that’s still a meager offense. Not sold on Lovrić whose stubbed clear led to the early steal and goal by Chiesa.

The only hope other than a healed Deolefeu: new French attacker Florian Thauvin starts clicking with Beto. Perhaps then the Friulian Faithful can start calling them “Beto-vin” (Beethoven, you see…kinda like Bennifer or Brangelina except less likely to catch on.)

Hassane Kamara played the first half without much distinction. As I said earlier, Pereyra is no more at Watford or Udinese but looks to be a handy sub at one of the Milan clubs, as rumored anyway.

Isaac Success also subbed in yesterday and has had some past promise but could use more of his surname to be honest.

Anyone else you had in mind? Too bad for Watford that owner Giampaola Pozzo gives precedence to him home country squad (Udinese), but if Watford get back into the Premier League, I would think that would change his tune, some.

Did Kabasele and Ferraria play ?

Yes most of our fans think Pozzo Snr was the brains behind their success here and now his son is struggling lacking patience and money !

Agree on Success - does not live up to his potential.

Kamara is ok going forwards but a poor defender.

Kabasele played the full 90 (essentially taking the departed Rodrigo Becão’s defender slot.). Ferraria came in early 2nd half. All the lads were up against a good Juve, we’ll know more when they play a few against squads more at our middling level.

The frustrating thing about learning about Udinese personnel changes is that none of these guys-from-Watford show up in the “arrivals” section for the team on the TransferMarket web site.

P.S. Speaking of Watford, here in USA we get either 2 of 3 Championship matches each week. (You have to pay the extra fee for ESPN+ service.) Well lo and behold, they show two matches next weekend, including Watford’s match. 6 AM Sunday morning for those of us on Chicago Time. So play well for your American audience. (Of maybe 100? LOL…)
