Gutted to hear this, I thought he'd be back this September, turns out not. On behalf of everyone I reckon, hope he makes it back!

He's f*cked, he'll never play again. Pay close attention to the way people speak about him, the look on their faces.
Just the fact that he was due to come back about 6 times this season and they kept saying "just a little longer".

It was only a few weeks ago Rodriguez himself said he was back on the training pitch doing very light training and was looking forward to getting back to training with the lads. Clearly something else has gone wrong since then.

To be honest, and as much as i hate to admit it, i think you're right with that. Everything you hear doesn't sound promising and as you say the look on people's faces when they talk makes me think he won't make it back. Really sad business but i keep trying to stay positive that he'll make it.

I think it is premature to say Jay Rod won't play again. Plenty of players have had extended time out with bad injuries and have succesfully come back.

It is all about your mental attitude, and Jay Rod seems to be the type of player to have a good attitude.

Its a really serious injury he picked up and if he does play again he might never been the same player. Just hope he comes back as strong as ever . For me he was one of the most improved players in the league last season
