Lads weekend in European City - recommendations?

There can be downsides for touristy areas, like bad expensive food and over-priced shit hotels - on the other hand if people can´t be arsed with the languages then they will suffer as a result, obviously not the case in Amsterdam.

 

I think they probably want the seedyness and to be offered drugs
