Can only say whats been said about Laws a 1000 times already.

Been the wrong man from the start

the board got what they deserved because it was obvious from day 1 he was well out of his depth

Cant blame Laws for taking a premiership job

Hope him or the board have the bollocks and admit he will only take us backwards and pack his bags and leave

I dont think he deserves any chances at all and dont want it to get to a stage next season where we are deep in the crap and they decide to act because as much as some Burnley fans like to kid themsleves that the sqaud is something special it really isn't.

Average championship side for me nothing outstanding at all

Wasn't the film Mike Basset based on him???
Brian laws IS a football genius. But every loss is always about luck with him.

i think that we will be up near the top next season, and laws will bring in some good players.

Took over at a sinking ship, hasnt done anything to really inspire me but niether to get me extremly worried

Why would anyone brought into this club because they can do a job on a low budget at Championship level do anything other than ensure the Clarets revert back to their normal Championship role of midtable mediocrity at best? Laws had a win rate of about 30 odd % with Wednesday and they were always midtable or lower. A sizeable number blame Laws for their relegation yesterday including some of their players! Why are we propping up probable failure?

I wish i could believe the same thing but his record for us and Sheff Wed say otherwise.

I just dont believe it him as a manager, whenever we go behind in games he stands there looking like a lost boy and olny makes changes when its too late.

Dropping Duff for Caldwell was a joke as well.

Why not drop Cort, oh hand on though Cort was his signing wasn't he. Duff has been well ahead of Cort performance wise

i dont think cort is any better than the defenders that we have at the club but managers like to stick with there signings coyle did it with his defenders by not playing duff.

Laws has only ever managed with a low budget so that doesnt mean he cant manager at a higher level. Most of the other managers people wanted are hardly big spenders S o'D hasnt spent a great deal.

Give him a summer to do his things snd then if it doesnt work have another look

I just think the Donny manager would have been a far better option, look where Sheff Wed were heading under Laws and in the end finshed. Doncaster for me never looked in serious danger of going down.

Each to their own though. We could debate the manager and who we should have got till were blue in the face. I believe Laws will only take us backwards if he stops on as manager i'll have to accept that and if he proves me wrong will be the first Burnley fan to come back on here and say so.

Nothing in his record for the past 12months suggests he'll do anything worth talking about though in my eyes.

Like him or not it looks like we are stuck with him. Let's hope he can prove everyone wrong next season and mount a promotion push (I have my doubts:hmmm)

Read that this morning about half 10, then a short time later the club website was saying this
    http://www.burnleyfootballclub.com/page/LatestHeadlines/0,,10413~2050347,00.html

once i seen the the players offloaded and the players offered NEW contracts yesterday i said to my mate i dont think he'll be going anywhere.

If the board had any intention of getting shut of Laws i doubt they'd be letting him offer players new contracts and get shut of others.

I'm not pleased about it but seems like were stuck with him for now so have to just crack on with it and give fans of other sides an even bigger laugh.

    thanks a lot Mr Kilby:laugh::cry:

Why is this being bumped? I'd rather Laws just die in my memory.
Doesn't help that the Premier League still have him as our manager
