Looks like Luton are clear but very tight for the other automatic spaces.

Seems a strange move for Barnsley going for Ainsworth when you’ve got an even better manager managing a team top of League One who happens to live in Yorkshire. Not knocking what he has done this season of course but to jump from League two to Championship is a big leap.

My thoughts exactly,he's only been a manager for 1 club where before this season the football was shit to watch which drove a lot of fans away. Barnsley now have rich Chinese owners so i would have expected them to go for someone who has experience of The Championship.

Barnsley have given the job to Jose Morais so Ainsworth and the team can concentrate on Cheltenham away tomorrow. :D

We don't have a game tomorrow, so if Accy win they'll be only 3 points behind, and we still have to play them at home. Not done and dusted by a long way...

Reckon it'd take a near miracle for you not to get promoted though, surely?

2 seasons ago Plymouth were in the same position at this stage of the season but lost to Wimbledon in the play off final.

Today's results mean we're mathematically safe from relegation, which is something.

A comfortable 2-0 win at Cheltenham yesterday and with us winning 7 and drawing 1 of our last 8 League games i'm starting to dream of automatic promotion but it's so close it will go down to the last day and who can hold their nerve.

F*ck me 4-0 down on 55 minutes at home to Morecambe is shocking! At least we pulled a couple back bjut too little too late.

I'll take that! Really needed another positive result to get the promotion push back on track after a recent wobble.

Rubbish game though, both teams offered very little and neither GK had much to do all night apart from catch crosses and lump the ball up the pitch. Wycombe's main tactic of aiming the ball towards Akinfenwa and crowding the rest of the team around him for a flick on has obviously been very effective for them this season, but I thought we handled him really well, especially in the second half where they looked even less likely to score as a result.

In the end it was won by an awful error by the Wycombe LB and clever play by Bayliss to draw the foul and win a pen. McNulty as ever did the business!

Overall, not gonna win 'game of the season' but we'll definitely take that and we move onto Lincoln at home on Saturday!

Two more big games coming up against Lincoln and Luto. We do so much better against the top ten teams.we have a great record against most of them apart from Accrington

Grimsby appointed Michael Jolly (me neither)

Worked with Dyche at Burnley and in Sweden it seems.

Young manager with clearly something to offer I guess.

Our manager left us during the promotion race and all I feel is a sense of relief. Very odd.

Seeing as we lost to Barnet and Crawley at home conceding 7 in process under him, this isn't a surprise.

    3 things are certain in life;

Death, taxes and us losing to Cheltenham.
