Decent amount of both sets of fans on here so a thread will be good i think.

All i have to say is Good look Southampton.
    @Shane @FranniesTache @saint_clark etc.

Hope whoever wins this is able to win the FA cup.
We don't usually experience much success between us.

I'm a realist, 9 times out of 10 Leicester win this comfortably, but it's the FA Cup so i'm not being realistic about it in the slightest. Despite all common sense i'm letting myself believe we can break the 45 year barren spell and win the cup.

I'm not going to lie too i'm absolutely gutted about not being able to go, i can't think of a bigger game i've missed in my life and i'd almost have preferred there to have been no one there than a smatter of people that don't support us taking up space whilst we're forced to watch on the box.

We're as close to full strength as possible now, Romeu aside, and we're as good as safe, so no excuses from Ralph or the team, this season is now potentially a two game season

Yep im annoyed about missing this too. First one since the year before i was born. Missed potential trips to Prague, Athens and Braga away too.

Anything can happen. We lost to an awful Villa in a semi last year so certainly won't be expecting easy progress.
Id happily reverse the 9-0 for a win in this game.

I'd happily lose 9-0 to you again next season twice if it meant we won it.

This is the big one, every since I started following City winning the FA cup was always the only realistic dream at the beginning of the season.
I’m not sure if I’m not as nice or not as insincere as @Richard, but I’m hoping Southampton have all the bad luck in the world on Sunday evening. ;) That said if they do spawn a win then I’ll be praying they go on to win it again, the greedy c**ts.
We’ve been in 3 FA cup finals and reached the semis twice in my lifetime. The semi at Old Trafford I wasn’t allowed to go because I was in the doghouse(again), but I did make it to the one at Villa park where we lost t 2-0 to Spurs.
I can’t honestly say I’d bother going even if I could get a ticket, FA cup days, let alone semi finals were always about the atmosphere, I seriously doubt they’ll be any noticeable difference from an empty stadium on Sunday.
Apparently we’ve got virtually a full strength team, with only Barnes and JJ missing, if it was a league game I’d be confident of the win but it isn’t and anything goes in the FA cup. I just pray that Ralph sticks to his principles and keeps the same tactics as I think they’ll suit us.

I remember meeting up with some Leicester supporting friends in the 15/16 season for the FA Cup games and that being a big part of our conversation.

I know we've broken in to that top 6 tier in recent times and had a few nearly moments but I still don't think of us as part of the elite. Growing up it always felt like the FA Cup was as good as we could ever realistically hope for.

Obviously the Leicester friends felt the same. Those FA Cup games five years ago seem a distant memory now given how the league season panned out but it's why I'll never understand any fans dismissing the FA Cup.

Feel for both sets of fans missing out on this. FA Cup semis don't come around too often. Hopefully whichever goes through at least have some hope of a section of fans going to the final.
Seems particularly harsh when you watch your team drop down to the third tier and then miss occasions like this.

The only consolation I've had to going out the last two seasons is knowing it'd be awful watching an FA Cup final at home.

I’m not overly looking forward to this.
    Which is such a shame.
Ok so it is a one off match in the cup.....but we have a one dimensional gaffer who only knows one way to play.
It’s quite possible we will get battered....again.

It would be nice if Ralph tried something different this game but he won't and we will gift them chances.

    3-1 Leicester.

drop Evans and play Praet in the midfield, his levels tend to crash at the end of a season

I’ve gone from us getting battered tomorrow....to winning the cup without conceding a single goal in this seasons competition.

I will now move away from the Jack Daniels.
