Shame about the injuries to Lovren and Milner but other wise a very positive match. Fitness levels were outstanding and some of the link up play was superb too. Only concern I've got is that I don't really see Wijnaldum working in midfield. Really hope we keep Markovic around. He deserves a chance to fight for his place in my opinion.
Klopp seems to deliver against the big teams. He just needs to find out how to beat smaller teams who park the bus.
Think Wij will be a slow burner and be better after he has settled in, just nice to have loads of options in midfield and attack for once though
So that was decent enough was it not?! Whinge on about pre-season, or weakened teams, but 4-0 against Barcelona? Ragnar ****ing Klavan! What an animal! Mane is unreal in terms of his pace, the distance he covers in such a short amount of time is mental, exactly the type of player we needed to inject into our forward line.
