Heard that this game nearly got called off due to an incident that happened at Anfield today that led to the stadium being temporarily closed. (Not sure on the details). Thankfully it's going ahead though and with some luck Klopp could get his first win under his belt for us here. Still no Sturridge and Milner suspended and the possibility of one or two being rested for the Chelsea game could make this a tight game despite Bournemouth's current form and the amount of goals they've been shipping in etc. Still think that we should be winning this though and preferably in normal time as well. Prediction 2-0 to us.

We'll win on penalties after drawing 1-1.

Cameron Brannagan,, Connor Randall and Texeira are meant to be starting tonight.

Good to see the young lads being given a chance but i'm not as confident as i was now. Could be a long night.

To be honest Dutch, given our injury crisis I'm not giving a f**k if we get knocked out tonight, I don't normally say that and want us to do well in the LC, but would prefer a good run in the Europa League which at least has the prize of a Champions League place. We need to get Benteke fit.

Also, hopefully he'll start Firmino up front tonight, see what he can do.

Youy're ****ed then, as its nailed on a 1-1 draw after AET and pens, lol

1-1 is the only thing we do...may actually throw £20 on that score to be honest.

I wouldn't be surprised if we lose, actually.

    Rumoured side

    Bogdan

    Randall---Toure---Lovren??---Moreno

    Brannagan---Allen---Teixeira---Ibe

    Firmino

    Origi

Doesn't look like the League Cup is one of Klopps priorites and I dont blame him given the injuries we have.

Echo your thoughts Brian, love the competition but it's hardly our most pressing concern right now. So annoyed Rossiter was ****ed over by the England u19's, he would definitely have played today and against Kazam.

Yeah it's not really a priority with what we've got going on. I just hope we don't get ET and pick up even more injuries. Our luck can't get any worse.

Nice flow to the side so far. That was almost a brilliant goal from Teixeira, well followed up by Clyne though.

Good win. Firmino was very good today. Can't wait to see him in full flow linking up with Sturridge, Coutinho and Henderson.

    We won a game.

Want Everton at home but I reckon it's gonna be City/United away.
