What happened to him? Just heard he was sent on loan to Sevilla. Thought he would make the backline along with Niakhate. With Niakhate injured his place should be even more assured but he didn't play a single PL game.
Don’t think we’ll ever know - I’d assume there was a personal off field problem, or disagreement with Cooper, but no one has a clue really.
