Victory Would like to thank @Shane who was the brains behind our little duo. Think we worked well. This is the first time I’ve lasted until the end in a game of mafia so I’m buzzing. How did town win with Muller & Minty having shockers and Kab being all over the place too?
I had a hard on for Andy RD bossed up 2nd last day, Bleeds played well. I didn't really get into the game early on as I tried to keep my vengeful kill till the end but enjoyed the game, nicely balanced.
According to my mum when this happened I nearly broke through the floor Shame Andy was a day vig. Knew we should've lynched @Andy-gers1 D1
I like the idea of something (like a ring) that can pass between factions and provide benefits to ether side. Adds an extra element to the game.
I thought I was so smart putting that little hidden reference to Shane in one of my messages... Until everyone started ripping it apart claiming it was too wishy washy and using it to call me scum
I think the confusion around Minty being lynched was due to another slight negative. Minty only received a response if he caught the SK, there was no response to a failed attempt. That’s fine on its own, but it meant the Parrott ability me and Shane used on Minty became detrimental as we saw no results and therefore jumped to the conclusion he was lying. In the end it didn’t matter but that genuinely could have cost us the game.
I do get your point but sometimes things like this that ‘muddy the waters’ is better for the game. It would be too easy/boring if everything was black & white. Minty didn’t help the situation.
When Kaboose started banging on about fake claims, it hit me I didn't have a clue who to claim. Then he sent me a message saying he had forgot to give me fake claim and there were not many left to choose from. Took me ages to match one of the characters to a mafia scum role that sat well. I knew @Joga bonito was scum as soon as he character claimed but had no way of telling anyone without giving myself away. Luckily he was pretty much lynched without my help. I had this dodgy as **** plan to say I had received this message: "Beware of Galadriel she covets the ring more than most" This game ****s with my head that much.
Yeah Kab had properly sussed this game out with his mass character claim suggestion. Had town agreed with him the game would've been over very quickly This game ****s with me too haha. Shown by my "I'm a 2 shot day vig. I'm using my power tonight."
