what are everyones thoughts on him personally i thought he was brilliant tonight i think he is a real prospect for us he took the p*ss out of wes brown and heinze for most of the game and if he had a partner upfront to help im sure he would benefit even more:thumb

He was excellent. Hope he's done enough to keep his place. Pace like he has is always gonna cause problems for opposing defences.

I was very impressed with him, looks a fantastic prospect. He was so quick! That run in the first few minutes was brilliant, and he continued to terrorise their defence all night.

Get him in against Charlton, with that pace he's enough to scare any defence in the country.

What a fantastic performance, he looks a brilliant player. The run he made in the first few minutes was outstanding, I don't think the Man Utd defence knew what was coming.

    Looks a very exciting prospect.

He had Brown's blood twisted and with better composure in front of goal he could become quite a handful.

He was composed enough to slot the ball home before Heinze's studs scraped down his achilles. :whistle

He suprised me because when I saw him v Bolton reserves he was dog shit, as is Seck.

Different set up though isn't it ive seen nade look sh*t in the reserves and even jags but when they get on the pitch in a first team game they are on fire:clap:

I would like to see Nade and shelton upfront against charlton a good combination of pace and power another thing that impressed me was shelton's ability to keep hold of the ball and his actual ball control i thought he did very well and it bodes well for the future for us.

I've heard from various sources that Seck will never be good enough. If that's the case, I have no idea why he was signed.

Shelton's legs look so light it's untrue! When he is dribbling with the ball they seem to float away.

He started to look very tired towards the latter stages of the match though. You can't blame him really, he put in a brilliant performance and was on his own up front all night.

It's only his first full game in English football though Xabi so it was an excellent start all things considered.:thumb

Seck was signed as a sell on and nothing more. We signed him for free and will be selling him for a bit of cash to a french club in the summer.

Shelton and Davis both seem to have strange runs, maybe it's a Jamaican thing :hmmm

I don't think Claude has an option, his legs are that massive it's going to look strange however he runs.

Yeah that's true. If only Shelton could have scored a similar goal as Wanchope did at Old Trafford that time!

I can't believe Wanchope is only 30 to be honest, thought he was older than that, he seems to have been around forever.
