I fear Gatti has become a shadow of his former self. A poor mans Marmite if you will. Different times and I don't think it makes him a paedophile. To modern eyes it's wholly inappropriate and awkward. Parents kissing their own kids is seen as weird to some people these days, attitudes have changed dramatically.
I don't think it necessarily makes him a perv, but that is really weird. Obviously I wasn't around in the 70's but I just can't see how trying to kiss little girls you've never met before, when they've clearly stated they don't want to isn't f*cking weird.
I'd never heard of him before, but he was called Richard Dawson and it was his trademark. He kissed every female contestant, old, young, married, different races etc. The fact he kissed married women and black people caused a lot more shit than anything else.
