A great start to the FFFC season with 3 points at the stade Louis II. Gagie and newy goals were the difference in the scoreline after Shabandi Nonda opened the scoring form Monaco only 5 mintues into the game with a screamer from 25 yards. 22 minutes had gone when wrighty04 played a ball wide to Trev_GFC who crossed a ball into the far post where gagie was unmarked to volley home. More chances ahd arrived after the second half with both athers and busby hitting the woodwork and it should have been 2-1 when wrighty04 managed to miss from 5 yards out. Elsewhwere the defence was solid and didn't look to be beaten after the early goal. Hearts_2004 looked once again in good nick. Then with 12 minutes to go villarule played a great ball which split the monaco defence and newy cooly slot home the winner for Monaco.

    F/T Time
    Monaco 1-2 FFFC
    Nonda 5 Gagie 22
    Newy 78

Hearts_2004- Had no chance with the goal but looked composed throughout. 7/10
Newy- Scored a composed goal and looks a decent prospect. 8/10
Villarule- Didn't have much to do however what he did do he did well. 7/10
Sunil(c)- Was caught napping for the goal apart from that looked in fine form. 7/10
Super_Horns- made some attacking runs dont the left wing looked dangerous at times. 8/10
Hamill- Solid debut from Hamill. 7/10
    wrighty04- Missed a sitter, average game. 6/10
gagie- Fine goal from the center midfielder, prooved himself once again! 8/10
Trev_GFC- delivered some fine balls into the box, overall sound. 8/10
busby- fine effort which hit the bar, looked dangerous. 7/10
athers- also hit the woodwork with a header, looked sharp and strong. 8/10

    subs:
damien duff- come on in the second half, looked fit and sharp. 7/10
madipswichfan- Looked nice and solid at the back, one for the future. 8/10
megs- didn't get in the match at all. Not convincing 5/10

Great performance lads, our first 3 points on the board! There is no table this week as we and all the other teams have only played 1 match. I will post the table after our match on wednesday with parma. No training tomorrow so I'll see you all at training Monday!

Blimey Nonda played even though carrying an injury if he was fully fit you'd have been stuffed....

This brings up the question what cheat functions were you using?....;)

Nonda was a threat throughout the game I feel GW. May not have been fully fit however scored a cracker to open proceedings. Did have to go off after around 55 minutes though!

After a 2-1 win Hearts_2004 said this. "Iam happy with my performance but i still think im only in 2nd gear and can lift my performances. It was a good team performance again but i fear that Newy may be snapped up by other clubs after another good display. I hope this is not the case as under the current manager we can achieve anything."

    BREAKING NEWS:

A group of 15 footballers have been arrested by police in Monaco after allegations of gang rape were reported by 7 men belonging to the homosexual community of Monaco.

The 15 footballers, whose names have not been released by police were arrested at 3.45 am at the Monaco Hilton. The footballers have been confirmed by independent sources to be players from the FFFC side, which had earlier beaten Monaco 2-1.

The club are yet to release a statement, but it is thought that the players will be convicted and jailed for a few years, as the evidence has been caught on CCTV cameras. It is believed that this may end the season for FFFC.

    Breaking news:

Madipswichfan would like to dismiss all rumours linking him and his team mates to the all of the allegations. Me and the team were all at the training camp discussing the game.

    NEWSFLASH:

As was reported in a previous breaking news, the incident was said to have occured at 3.45am. Today's statement by Madipswichfan has therefore made the situation worse, because they could possibly have not been at the training camp at that time. Coupled with CCTV images, and the lack of any show of remorse by Madipswichfan, it is widely being believed that the maximum sentence of 10 years is likely to be passed.

Fans of FFFC have called the club and players a disgrace for making up such a fickle lie to try and deny the charges.

Pundits have called for the sacking of the whole team by the board, who are said to be considering it. It has also raised questions about the spoilt overpaid brats that footballers have become.

    BREAKING NEWS:

French police made a huge mistake today by announcing that it wasn't FFFC players involved. The police have made a big apology and have released the players who are now on their way back to England in readiness for tomorrow's training session and the 2 o'clock kick off against Parma on Wednesday

SKY Sports today reported that despite the lies of manager wrighty, FFFC are in fact the team involved in the rape of members of the Monaco Jockeys Club. SKY Sports have shown the CCTV footage and it is a sad end to a club that was on its way downhill. Luckily, a loophole in Monaco laws meant that the players could be named and the footage broadcast. It is believed that the pathetic denials will continue over the next few days. At the moment, the players are out on bail. Regulars of the Canal Street area of Manchester have been told to watch out for a group of randy footballers.

SKY Sports confirmed that from the CCTV footage, Athers was not present. However Wrighty has been suspended by the board and consequently any comments made by him will not represent the club. He is said to be suffering depression and blurting out random thoughts.

    From the Sky Sports Website

    Trev_GFC's lawyer says:
Reports of an alien attack have also been dismissed, after the press were invited to FFFC's official photo shoot. The alien in question actually turned out to be FFFC's manager Wrighty on a bad day.

    ;)
