next game is against a team we did the double over , despite getting relegated
was there when jostien flo scored 2 to comeback from behind to win 2-1
missed out on a ticket this time
cant see anything but a blades win , they havent won under new owners
and their goalie is giving gifts away
plus theyll be really down after a thumping in spain

STAT: The last time we won at Anfield we went down.

If history is so important for us staying up, I'll gladly take a defeat and stay up!

I can't see past a defeat anyway for this one, should be a good day out anyway, I wouldn't mind scoring an equaliser or a goal to take the lead though, quite fancy a bit of a jump around at Anfield

the glass is half empty syndrome persists at bramall lane

if it were wednesday in our position their fans would be expecting a uefa spot at least

its the only thing about wednesday fans I like
    unfettered optimism
opposed to our willingness to embrace if it can go wrong it will attitude

did you notice though when wednesday won 5 or 6 when laws took over , not only were they going to win the play offs but get into europe next year asccording to their fans on radio sheffield

we could be 10 points clear of 17th with 4 games to go and most of our fans would still be shitting themselves

yes be cautious , its not over yet
but lets try and enjoy it , a tiny bit
    otherwise why bother

The pigs are a stupid deluded set of ******s with absolutely no regard for things like facts and reality. Thank **** we aren't like them, writting 10 pages essays to the Star in our spare time argueing who is the bigger club because of a County Cup game in 1953. Sad ******s the lot of them.

Feck the pigs, leave them to stew in their lower league mid-table mediocrity. It's what they've got to look forward to for the forseeable future. No chance of promotion any time soon. They simply haven't the finances to expect anything other than a lower mid-table finish in the Championship, and that's if their team plays out of their skins over a full seasons programme.

Football in Sheffield these days is all about the Blades and when not if we qualify for Europe.

Onto the game at Anfield. A day out to enjoy for the travelling Blades & to get anything will be a bonus. Though that bonus is not as far-fetched as a Wednesday promotion charge.

I just wish wed all stop being so bloody negative
    yes its liverpool away
and percieved wisdom and all the bookies say its a waste of travelling time
but the bookies also said wed be bottom 8 points adrift by now
arsenal were going to wipe the floor with us at xmas
newcastle away , take a blindfold so it doesnt hurt too much etc etc
its just the next prem game to me now
thought they were very lucky to get a point at the lane
and weve improved immensely since then
its a game , anything can happen

It's not negativity, its realism. Thats what makes us different to The Swine who believe, for some reason, that they have a divine right to be in the Champions League because they once qualified for the Uefa Cup and beat a pub team from Luxembourg.

Everyone still think we're gonna get beat?

I do, although I think we will be able to reduce them to only 1 or 2 goals. Looking forward to it, good day out at Anfield

Biggest game at Anfield since we last played at Anfield, I expect some sort of street parade with floats and everything to welcome our arrival.
