Given that this is a popular podcast within Scottish Football.

I really enjoy it, and watch it week in/week out no matter who the guests are. It's good to actually get to know their personal experiences within the game.

Who has been your favourite so far?

Is that the Simon Ferry thing on youtube? If so it can be pretty good but some of them go on for too long imo.

    Yeah,

I get what you mean. I much preferred it when it was in parts rather than 2 hours.

I enjoy them and would love them to get the main man on.

    Tommy Gravesen

    Yeah, great listen.

Don't really mind them being quite long, good to listen to when going for a run.

I think the standard of guests recently had gone down a bit, but I usually listen to most of them.

Football Daft is good for a laugh as well.

Listened to the Andy Halliday one earlier and it's one of the best I've heard on Open Goal.

Watched that the other day. It’s a decent enough interview but there were a few times the other three went off on tangents when Tierney was in the middle of making a point.

Thought Tierney came across really well but he always does.

The interviews are best when it's one to one.

The three of them together are too immature to do an interview for that length of time.

As much as it gives me a bit of a laugh, it's easy to see how Slane and Ferry never worked out at Celtic.

Never in a million years did they have the mindset or professionalism to cut it.

I think the Keeping the ball on the ground programme is meant to be a different format than the one on one interviews, it's about them having a craic.

    Fair enough.

It would probably have been better to have Kieran on the other format in that case.

    It would have been.

Agree with yourself and Minty in that there was a couple of times Tierney was saying stuff you wanted to hear but got cut short.

I much prefer the other format, where Ferry just lets them speak. The condoms banter was so childish.
