Certainly looks good on paper. Sounds like plans have already been drawn up for stadium developments as well. If the deal's done before Christmas then the January transfer window could be interesting!
it's good for the club behind the scenes ie Ground, Academy etc etc. we still can't go mad with regards to transfers because of FFP rules.
Would like a younger Centre-back as well, gives him 6 months to bed into the club then when Hangeland and Delaney go at the end of the season he can slot in nicely.
In an ideal world, definitely. If we only brought in a top striker (e.g. Charlie Austin) I'd be delighted though.
We've just added multi-millionaire John Textor (Virtual reality mogul) to our board. He owns 25% of Benfica so hopefully we can get some sort of link going. Progress on the Main Stand would be nice as well.
