Unreal signing. Comes across superbly in his interview as well

Have I got this right. The Pogba signing takes Utd's spending since Fergie left to just under half a Billion?

Correct, and I can count on one hand the players worth their salt for that money too.

Super signing, I'm absolutely delighted with our business this year. While we've overpaid for Pogba, the £150m spent on Bailly, Pogba, Mkhitaryan and Ibrahimovic represents good value in the circumstances.

Even more so when you look at some of the shite we've signed in the last 3 years.

Crazy, and all the European clubs are taking complete advantage. THen you see the likes of Medhi Benatia going on loan which really sickens you

Overpriced, and I don't see how he fits into our team (unless we plan to drop Rooney).

I also can't help but feel we are a stepping stone until RM come along.

Obviously I am not the biggest fan of the idea of the move, but I can appreciate he is a good player who will improve our midfield.
I don't like the idea of signing someone who is well known to want a move elsewhere, and I do think what he offers to a team is overstated, but nevertheless the deal is done and it's time to get on board with it.

Hopefully he goes on to prove me wrong and stick around for 8-10 years while performing at the highest level consistently.

You don't see how he'd fit into a team where Carrick & Fellaini started in midfield 2 days ago?

You can't see how he fits into our team? I can see him settling in to a 4-2-3-1 very easily alongside either Schneiderlin or Carrick as a box-to-box midfielder. There would also be the option to drop Rooney and play Pogba in the number 10 role.

I really don't get United fans doubting the move or questioning the fee. United have a ridiculous amount of income which will only increase with the arrival of players like Pogba and Ibra whose shirt sales were £73 odd million in the first week.

He's been the biggest signing we've made in I dont know how may years following the signings of the 3 other very good players. He would get into any team in the world.

He's better in a more advanced role i.e. not one of the two sitting midfielders.

That means we would have to drop Rooney, which is what I am sure we would all do, but for whatever reason Mourinho and every other manager in existence, thinks that Rooney is undroppable.

Either one of Carrick / Schneiderlin will hold back allowing Pogba to get forward - I dont for a second think Mourinho is going to use him the way Deschamps did in the Euro's. Mourinho describes Pogba as someone who is 'quick, strong, scores goals and reads the game better than many players much older than he is'

I'm fairly certain the system will change to something similar that he had at Madrid and Chelsea now he has his guy in the middle. Even if it doesn't change straight away, he walks into our team. He walks into most teams in the world

Mourinho isn't stupid, quite the opposite in fact. He'll build the team around Pogba to get the best out of him. We haven't paid £89m for him to sit deep in a midfield two making 10 yard passes for 90 minutes.

Exactly. Pogba has the potential to be the very best there is at what he does, if he isn't already but he can get a lot better. Our team will be built round him, and that's ****ing exciting.

Potentially a great, great player. Probably not quite lived up to how good I think he should be, especially after he was pretty pish in the Euros. Great marquee signing for Man Utd, though. A real statement of intent.

    AT LAST the saga ends.

Paul Pogba is one of the best Midfielders in the world and he is still young, so he will still improve as the years go on. He will compliment the rest of the team well.

I think he will take the Premiership by storm.. I still think the money spent for him is over the top, i don't think anyone is worth that type of money.
