Going on an 18month loan deal to Brondby why dont the club just give him as free transfer instead. Doubt anyone can/wants to afford his wages, supposed to be one of the higher earners at the club after a promotion increase. Masterstoke signing by Coyle, obviously crap if Laws has shipped him out already. Hopefully they are paying towards his wages.
Whys that? Either way im not right bothered somebody who Burnley should have taken off the wagebill at the end of the season. Either given him a free transfer or paid his contract up and shown him the door. Or better still Coyle taken him to Bolton to rot away in their reserves.
Because I assume Coyle didn't want to take him off the wagebill at the end of the season. Remco picked up a shoulder injury by all accounts in May whilst playing for Brondby. It needed surgery but what I don't understand is why the club never made an announcement about that or RvdS's whereabouts until now. Maybe Coyle for some strange reason wanted to keep him even though he wasn't playing him and has soon as he left they decided to get shut with Laws approval?
I posted this on here near the start of the season last year. Somebody told me Coyle said the player would never play for Burnley again while he was manager and he was true to his word that time. We should have let Cardiff sign him before we got in there first
