RIP to the man that made me fall in love with Football, and my club.

RIP. Undoubtedly a good manager and by all accounts a decent man.

    Sad news.

Obviously remember him as our no.2 for a short stint, but have a vague memory of him and Fergie falling out when Archie Knox (who was with Fergie at Aberdeen), left us for Rangers (could have that wrong though tbh).

His achievements in Scotland are up there with the best.

Such a sad day yesterday for so many people, which ultimately is the mark of the man who he was. Well above football.

Walter was one of my heroes, so many memories down to him, that it would be hard to contain it in a tributary post.
He was the greatest manager of the modern era in Scotland and a truer Ranger, there will never be. Mr Rangers, he will be so sorely missed

Yeah, a really good watch, aside from his unrelenting success, he made his mark everywhere he went and has friends in all of those places. Legend

Really a devastating day for the club yesterday with the shock of losing another legendary character. You can see from the tributes which flooded in, just how much Jimmy Bell meant to all of the big players of the last several decades at the club. He had a personal touch with all of them, made them laugh and most of all showed them what Rangers was all about with his total dedication to the club and through stories and reminders of the standards expected and upheld throughout the years, which make the club special. A true blue and the greatest kit man of all time, he will always be remembered

I’ll afford him the same respect he afforded others, which is none. A racist bigot. Good riddance.

He was a scumbag. Doesn't become deserving of respect just because he died. World is a better place without him.
