Genuinely deflated and I had no skin in the game.

Have to agree with that, been saying it most of the night that All blacks would crush either side.

Red card in the first half will help there tbh. NZ have found form at the right time.

All blacks seem to have evolved somewhat though.

They had him under their control on every scrum. Making small movements meaning England players are over extending and more likely to go down and once a couple go against you, refs stop looking at it with any impartiality.

I think I'd rather go out on the end of a spanking rather than being done by the ref

Absolutely gutted for England but well done lads. Proved me and a lot of people wrong.

That was very unlucky for England - on top for most of the game .

Played well generally but caught out at the end after the scrum changes.

Guess it shows why SA are champions for now.

After New Zealand won well in the Rugby Championship over the summer. I think the All Blacks probably start as slight favourites next week, but I wouldn't be staking much on the outcome.

As for us, I'd almost rather we had been smashed than to lose it like that.

Reckon the SA bench had a lot to do with the result. The usual penalty-taker got subbed after 30 minutes and his replacement got the all important 3 points that got SA the win. Tough decisions needed to be made and they were. Still this looked England's game for most of the night which really wasn't expected. Just goes to show what a kind draw can do as a semi-final wasn't what this side was expected to achieve.

Reckon the final will be much more contested than what people expect too. I agree that NZ have turned on the form switch at the right time but these two are the best sides in the world (3 wins each too, the winner will be the uncontested most successful rugby nation) even though I reckon NZ will be in better shape physically as they didn't have to get out of 1st gear on Friday evening. Reckon NZ will take this but won't be a rout. All of France wants them to win now.

What a bugger losing by 1 lousy point when had been in front for so long.

Can only imagine how gutted the players and English fans feel.

Allegations of Racism directed at Curry by a South African player. He also refused to shake Curry's hand too. Really hope this isn't true.

Did kick off a few times particularly at the end.

    Maybe this is why ?

South Africa's Mbonambi accused of racial slur in win

I suspect this game tonight will mean more to Argentina than us? Not a fan of third place play offs in stuff tbh.

Another rule I never heard of. Strange one but good for player welfare I suppose
