Fingers crossed for Vokes, think he will be the difference between us staying up this season, tough injury to come back from.
If we keep Ings in January and Vokes gets back to his best,we will have one of the most potent attacks in the bottom half of this division, and I can see us staying up quite easily, although I wouldn't mind if we got relegated not to keen on this division...but if it secures my clubs future I'll take it!
Ings wont go anywhere in Jan im pretty convinced of that ALL the strikers we've sold in previous seasons have gone at the end of the season really Fletcher Jay Rod I think Charlie went just before the season kicked off didn't he .
Hope your right, will be very interesting to watch Ings & Vokes partner each other in the Premier League,he might play them both Boxing Day against Liverpool, that would be interesting against that defense, and your prediction of us turning them over could come true!!!
Vokes might resume the partnership to Ings benefit quickly but I wouldn't bank on him returning to form this season himself after such a long lay off.
Nah i agree Random , i think it will take at least a month for him to show any sort of form and just hope hes the player he was of last season
Rested at City and bit of a cold or something yesterday. Nothing to do with injury, id rather we took our time with him rather than try forcing things like we have with previous players. I think the medical team is far better than it use to be
hit the post and bar 4 times as well and had to make 3 subs inside the first 40 mins as well. the Kevin Long injury looks serious. Marney was ill and Shackell isn't supposed to be too bad got to be honest i wasn't too keen on the Boyd signing but hes been excellent for us and joint second top scorer now with 4 goals and gives us something a bit different
Ginger beardy one/Gatti where the same person weren't they, the above post has him replying to himself
