The SPFL have today announced that they have reached an agreement with SKY to stream every teams home games live to season ticket holders for free.

Nothing is ideal in these circumstances but it's a start.

Going forward surely the rules must now be rewritten so that everything is cast in stone should we have to go through all of this again due to a second wave of Covid 19.

There must be rules stating titles can only be handed out and teams can only be relegated after so many games have been played etc.

Rules that are there clear as day for all to see and understand.

    100%

We must do everything we can to avoid the same shitshow that has unfolded in previous months.

Nobody could have foreseen this, but going forward there is no excuse for the rules not to cover any eventuality.

    Definitely.

We wouldn't want anyone who previously demanded null and void triumphantly claiming to be the Champions after 4 games should it have to be ended again.

Reports today that our transfer business will be "risk averse" and that we'll be looking at players we already know about. Risk averse may immediately sound like a negative, but it could mean we don't go for punts, such as Klimala of Shved.

Hearing some of our fans touting McKenna, Hickey, and Turnbull.

I wouldn't want any of the three you have mentioned there, unless they were brought in purely as back ups

I dont think any of them would improve our first team, which is what we should be trying to do.

Hickey is a player i have touted for us in a position we need to strengthen and Turnbull explains itself although i could only see that if Ntcham goes.

McKenna is one that i'm not sure about. He'd certainly do a job in games where we were sometimes getting bullied like Livingstone etc and would replace Simunovic.

The latter two would certainly be with a view to development, and McKenna still needs to improve too, so I can see why you'd say that. Personally, I think the fee Aberdeen will end up asking for will put us off going for McKenna.

I'm pretty sure they were initially looking to get in the region of £6m for McKenna which should rightly be laughed at.

I genuinely wouldn't pay over £2m for him and would prefer we weren't looking at him at all.

£2m would be a good price in my opinion. I can't see them accepting that. There will be better out there, hopefully at a reasonable price.

To be honest, I really would prefer that we were looking outwith Scotland for any new recruits for the coming season.

I actually think you always need 5 or 6 in the squad and 3 or 4 in the team.

Maybe 'need' is a bit too much but i think it helps.

I am usually of the same mind, but not when there is as severe a lack of quality as there is currently.

I can understand why some like the boy Hickey, but overall I just haven't seen enough in him to think that we can't get better elsewhere.

Thankfully we still have a few Scots about the place at the moment.

We need a goalkeeper as 2 of our 3 are about to or have left. Be ideal if we get FF back in but not sure if that will happen. We also need at least one CB and probably 2 in truth and we also need someone wide left, arguably both in defence and attack.

Totally agree with this. We also have to consider that there might not be much movement in general and our chances of selling the likes of Ntcham or Ajer are not as good as they once were. So hopefully we can keep most of the team together but we still need better in a couple of positions.

I definitely don't want to sell Ajer yet. Ntcham would be a blow to lose too, but we still have a strong midfield without him.

None of who I would replace with Turnbull.

I really hope we keep Ajer and can't believe some of the criticism I see of him at times.

He has one or two flaws but has been excellent for us overall.

We don't need much in at all if we can manage to keep hold of our squad.

I would like another CB, preferably an experienced one maybe on the right side of 30 who can be relied upon.

If we don't get Elyanoussi back then another LW is a must, Johnson was on fire before his injury and should be looking to start of like that again, again if no Mo in then an experienced winger for competition, someone like James McLean woulf do a job.

We need Forrest to be pushed again also, he has really dissopointed me in about 80% of Derby Games the last couple of years and another option would be great, would take Paddy back in an instant... Boy just needs a platform like Celtic to excel.

Goalkeeper has to be Forster, number one priority is getting the big man back up.
