He's a good defender. Not sure how match fit he's going to be to come straight into the side though.

Its not over yet if Wolves can win two matches we're right back in it. A tall order considering how expectations probably are at the club right now. Wonder if Merlin still thinks top ten is possible.

I will make one point last time we brought a Spurs player on loan we stayed up. Could it be a divine type of sign maybe?

Sign a Spurs player on loan and avoid the drop??

Oh kingdave I think everyone wants Wigan (by the few supporters they have) to go down..lol.

I feel for Blackburn only for the amount of stick Steve Kean is getting. And credit I think he is trying alot harder than McCarthy.

Bolton...9 or was it 8th last season now hanging near the bottom three?? Some think has gone wrong big time at thier club and selling Gary Cahill I think is going to come back to haunt them.

But in honesty I think Owen Coyle will get them out of trouble as once again he's a manager with better qualities than Mick.

I think O'Hara could make the difference. He clearly wants to play an that has a positive effect. Hopefully if he does come back for tomorrows game he doesn't agrivate his injury.

It was a pleasure to see a defender in the Old Gold & Black look so accomplished & confident on the ball, even in the dying minutes he wasn't one to hoof the ball away willy nilly, at one point he did the chipped pass to Ward level with our own 18 yard box & Wardy near shit himself

Sets it up "nicely" for next wik doe it

I thought he was ok but he should have done better for the goal and there was another moment not
Long after it where he nearly tripped over on the ball in the box.

He hasn't played for a while so after a few games I expect him to improve.

Was quite happy with Bassong's performance. Didnt know what to expect with him not playing for so long. Also was pleased with O'Hara, thought he would only get 45 or less and plays the full 90. :)

Bassongs stint at Wolves could be MASSIVE for us....especially now that Frimpong is out for the season. I think he will bring some calm into a shaky defence and thats exactly what we need.

As long as we dont lose to A****n and a gap opens up, we are still in with a shout of staying up....
